An API-first cycle tracker. Every piece of data is reachable over a documented HTTP API with scoped, user-issued tokens, so the tracker can act as a source for other systems rather than a walled garden.

An estimate must not look like an observation.

That is the rule the whole design rests on. Logged flow is solid and lit. A prediction gets the same hue at a fraction of the intensity and never a glow, because denying it emission is the cheapest way to guarantee it can never look as solid as a thing that actually happened.

Whether a day’s bleeding was a period is hers to say. The app presumes, and the presumption is always correctable, because a tracker that quietly decides what your body did is worse than one that asks.

Cycles and predictions are derived from the log and recomputed on every write, so correcting a mis-logged period start reshapes history rather than leaving it wrong.

Present or absent, both logged

Symptoms and moods can be recorded as present or explicitly absent, and flow includes an explicit none. "Did not happen" and "nobody wrote it down" are different facts.

The interface describes itself

An OpenAPI document generated from the same schemas that validate the requests, so it cannot drift from what the API actually does.

Yours to take

The whole log exports as JSON or CSV and takes either back, under its own scope. Sharing lets somebody read part of the record without handing them all of it.

It becomes what you need

A logged pregnancy turns the app into a pregnancy tracker rather than leaving a period app pretending nothing changed.

The API works end to end over both authentication paths. Ten screens are built, plus sign-in through Mind Tether, one-tap logging, offline reads and a web app manifest.

Recovery tools are switched on by her and by nothing else.
